01 / COMPANY & WORKSHOP
Twenty-two years dedicated to custom leather goods.
HLUX has been engaged in custom production for 22 years, manufacturing for multiple well-known brands around the world. Our factory handles more than US$50 million in orders annually.
Our leather artisans are all over 50 years of age, each with more than 20 years of experience in leather goods craftsmanship. Their experience guides the work from leather selection and cutting to stitching, assembly and hardware fitting.

02 / PRODUCTION TIMELINES
Time to create your chosen piece.
Standard leathers | Estimated production time: 7–12 days. Options include Togo, Clemence / TC, Epsom, Swift, Box, Chèvre, Evercolor, Madame, Barenia, Negonda and Vache Country.
Exotic leathers & mixed-leather designs | Estimated production time: 15–30 days. Exotic options include lizard, ostrich, Nile crocodile, American alligator and saltwater crocodile.
Exotic and mixed-leather designs require individual production arrangements. Exotic hides are sourced and reserved by a dedicated specialist. Your client advisor will confirm the timeline according to material availability, your chosen style and the complexity of the design.
Production times are estimates and do not include shipping.
03 / PAYMENT OPTIONS
Choose a payment arrangement that suits you.
Our online checkout currently accepts PayPal only. For alternative payment arrangements, contact your dedicated customization manager via WhatsApp.
Available alternatives include Alibaba, bank transfer, Western Union, Wise, Remitly, MoneyGram, Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. Your advisor will provide the payment instructions for your chosen method.
04 / 50% DEPOSIT & QUALITY REVIEW
Begin with a deposit. Review before dispatch.
You may start your order with a 50% deposit. Production begins after your deposit is received and your customization details are confirmed.
Once your bag is complete, we will photograph and film the finished piece for your review. After you confirm that the quality and details meet your requirements, pay the remaining balance and we will arrange shipment.
If the finished piece does not meet your satisfaction during this review, we will refund your payment.
05 / PACKAGING & GLOBAL DELIVERY
Carefully prepared for the journey ahead.
Your finished bag is checked, carefully wrapped and prepared in presentation packaging, with protective outer packaging for shipment.
We use major international carriers such as FedEx, UPS and DHL, selecting the shipping service according to the destination country. Estimated delivery is 5–10 days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Your client advisor will confirm the shipping method, delivery details and any shipping charges for your order. Shipping time is separate from the production period.
06 / PERSONALIZED SUPPORT
A dedicated advisor, from creation to aftercare.
Contact your HLUX client advisor via WhatsApp for customization guidance, payment assistance or updates on an existing order. We will keep you informed throughout production and provide after-sales support and leather care guidance.
